well oct 20 th has come and gone its been a month since sept 20th when the stripped me of my above status and took pormo listings away - going to 2.22% it then over the next month dropped to 2.15% with a lot of hard work on my part it was looking postive using alot of tips i have gotten from other sellers here and other forums
then with last week coming with only two sales its now up to 2.39%- as of oct 20 the redo on their part -- my customers often send glowing reports of my above board service - but that means nothing -- so i am hoping that by over the next two weeks taking a major loss in dollars about 25 % of the value of my inventory i can get enough sales to reverse this slipping trend with them--- all over 4/5 items that where not up to selling for many reasons and i canceled the orders refunded immediately and in some cases they reordered other items and explained to customers each one the reason why i had to cancel -- all where pleased when i did it saved them hours and disappointment - but here if you the seller cancell your are screwed--- on one occation i asked a customer to help out and ask for a cancellation -- but he said after 24 hours they wouldn't let him cancel -- don't know if that was just so or his trying to con me - but it cost another the last ding - and i lost my peferred sellers stance -
i have in the past explained the 4/6 customers affected over a one year period situation -- so no rehash here -- i will take my lumps and see -----this will be my last attempt at trying to fix this -- if nothing happens postive in the next 20/25 days -- i will just stop trying to please these ebay people -- who have no idea what this site is about and how live in their sandbox -- so if you need a good deal on hardware store items plumbing electrical etc
over the next month i reduce each week 5% on most items as i redo them also checking for errors etc also starting at 30% in most cases some items start 20 %off off ---maybe i can get enough sales to keep these people happy and leave me to just sell the rest of my inventory and get on with looking after my health-
sorry about the rant here -- it just soooooooooo frustrating-- and you guys are the only ones who listen
