exactly when does the 21-day hold stop??

I have been a seller on Ebay for over 5 years, on 3 different accounts; one of which is Top Rated Powerseller.

the last of these 3 accounts I created in May of this year, to liquidate items I had purchased, and did not want potential buyers seeing the amount I had paid for it in my purchase history.

So,...  new account, 21 day Hold.

OK, I can live with that...

Now, 4 months later, with over 30 sales on that account, NO NEG FEEDBACK, NO OPENED DISPUTES.. packages arriving at their destinations within days... and I am STILL on 21-day hold. !!

Ebay really knows how to attract and keep sellers...  😞 😞 😞

30 sales may not be enough over such a long period of time. Sometimes ya need to phone them to nudge things along.

I've opened a couple of new selling id's since the 21 day hold has been in effect.

The hold on funds has been removed INSTANTLY when I have met ALL the requirements which is more than just a simple 25 transactions and 90 days.

OP, do you meet ALL the requirements that are listed at the link I provided?

I think a low DSR of 4.4 in shipping charge would keep the account as below standard.

Good catch Pierre, I did not see that. One of the things they say is a below standard account "may" have funds held. A new account with a below standard, I "think", will have funds held.

Actually we have to suffer with our DSRs just because the buyers are not happy with "fast shipping" which is not reasonable. 

eBay has to stop picking on sellers regarding this area as we CANNOT please anyone with how the mail system would move any items at any time, plus they cannot be happy having to pay any postages, even the most lowest postage rates, we CANNOT please them at any time.  Yet eBay just loves it!

It has becoming more "evil" on eBay's end regarding this issues and other so-called policies which are insane and making our lives hell, no matter how much we have to bow to eBay's insane requirements/policies.

It is time that eBay stop focusing on sellers and focus on buyers who don't make payments, unpaid item bidders, etc.
