How do I cancel or change an invoice that I already sent?

You should be able to send another invoice and change the shipping price. When your item sold you would have received an email from ebay. There is a send invoice link there. When you change the amount, do not click on recalculate or it will reset it back to the original cost.

You used to be able to send a new invoice by going to order details. I don't know if that option is still available.

Yeah you can do that. It happened to me a few times when I realized I made an error with shipping costs which should be free and send another invoice. Anytime we send another invoice, it overpower the last invoice. I learned from my past experience when a seller send me 2 invoices, 1 with lower shipping cost and 1 with higher shipping cost and I picked the lower shipping cost but it doesnt' work because the seller send another invoice with higher shipping cost which overpowered the first invoice. That is how the eBay system works.
