Didn't get the survey or a phone call.

All I get is surveys for 'tell us about your recent online support experience'

I got a regular email only, nothing in ebay messaging so I did nothing..... there was a "button" to click to see if I qualified to talk to a real person....

But it violated my rule: "never click links in emails" and since it hasn't shown up in eBay messaging yet.....

And any times I've talked to someone in the past, it is like I'm teaching them stuff so I'm not all that upset anyway.....

Got the phone call today.

Must be a scam as email never showed up in my email like most genuine ebay notifications & never had them call me unless I requested it

I did eventually get the same message in ebay messaging.

However I can't imagine I'll get anything of use from it so I didn't respond to it either....

Relax. It's not a scam.

I've received both an email and a message on eBay for it. Mind you the eBay message was almost a day and a half after the email.

Well today I got a phone call asking me if I got the email and or the ebay message.

When I said yep they asked if I filled out the survey, I said nope.

She began to ask me questions why I didn't fill it out, so I asked how long does the survey take - 2 minutes.

I figured it would be quicker to do the survey than to explain why I didn't so I went through the survey.

Seems it is mostly concerned with how much we depend on ebay and what tools we use to manage our items on the site.

An interesting question asked if all my problems were solved how many more items I could list. I asked her to repeat that question to make sure I heard it correctly, and I said that as far as I know I don't have any problems so she automagically went to the next question. I wonder if that question is aimed at folks with selling limits.

She also wanted the names of all the sites I sell elsewhere online on...

Anyway at the end of the survey apparently I qualify now for the real phone call from someone to help me sell more. I'll advise how well that goes after it is completed....
