Yes it was mentioned a few days ago. Now if only sales would pick up, then we could take advantage of that offer. I have well over 1000 listings, sent best offers to watchers & tried promoting some of my items. But have had no sales for over a week. Good thing I don't rely on eBay as a business anymore.

I saw it last week I think. I accepted the offer, but I can't see anywhere if my sales will be counted... it would be helpful to see something on the Seller HUB...

Solution: Sortof applies to either Offers sent or Offers received(to a seller). Yes, some kind of real time tracking would be most helpful for both situations. -Lotz

Hi @lotzofuniquegoodies - no, currently the promotional offers tab will display only certain listing promotions that you offer. There are rumors that changes to that are planned to be more comprehensive, but for now the best course of action is to save URLs or screenshot offers if you want to keep a comprehensive record of the offers you get. Where do you find the coupon if you’ve sold stuff over the last week and activated the offer? It’s supposed to show up today isn’t it, or does the promo end today and it shows up in the future?

Stuff sold has to have been listed/relisted after the promo was activated to qualify.

November 17 is the last day of the promo.

Coupon should show up sometime in the next 2 weeks after that.

The Coupon will be awarded within two weeks of Sunday, November 17, 2019. Once awarded, the Seller will be able to access the Coupon via email or in the “Messages” tab within “My eBay”.

They did say up to 2 weeks (Dec 2).

Although, if the marketing department is smart, it will arrive in time for Black Friday buying.

I did receive the $50 coupon but only by means of a link when using the mobile app and looking at a listing. It claimed to be good for me to December 7th but its now gone and I have not used it. I never did receive a email or message in my ebay. I called customer support which were less than helpful, they said they are having issues with coupons and would get back to me but did not have a timeframe.

"... coupons for the Sell to Buy promotion will be issued by the 1st of December and you'll receive it via your direct email or within your eBay Message Center..."
