I've been noticing a lot of ebay ads selling safety equipment like masks, goggles and helmets especially that are beyond their safe use limit. For example "vintage paintball mask" that's been out of production for 25 years with a lens that's not longer safe to be used. Some sellers are at least kind enough to add a disclaimer that the equipment is no longer safe to be used and is for collection purposes only. Most do not. Has anyone had any bad experiences selling these types of items and possible legal ramifications from doing so?
