I recently had an order from Whitehorse, Yukon and, instead of them being charged $111.69 as per my shipping rate tables, they were charged $34.51 which is the rate to urban Alberta, my province of residence. Ive had this issue before, a few months ago. Any idea how I can get Ebay to fix this issue?

Not sure if you have recently changed/updated shipping services but in checking your current listings they are all only showing Standard Shipping(UPS???) or Expedited Shipping(CP) for Canada based on Flat rates. You may be better off using calculated shipping with the actual service options(CP-eBay) makes available that work best for you for a more accurate calculation. (Rate is applied based on your Postal Code/Final Destination Postal Code, Measurements & Weight). In checking the counter rates for UPS to Whitehorse suggested rate options do not match what is available.

PS. If you want to test you can use the rate calculator at CP by plugging in assorted postal codes for across Canada after signing into your CP account to include the expedited option.

And it never hurts to remind sellers that Canada Post went metric in 1974 and using other measurements gives erratic results.

I am using flat rate shipping tables, not calculated, as my shipping is only done thru UPS/Purolator and the calculated rates are way off the mark in most cases, especially for the relatively heavy packages im sending
BTW, same issue today with a Yellowknife, Northwest Territories address. Both these cities are seen as being urban Alberta cities. Spoke to support, their only solution is to ask the buyer privately in an email for their Paypal account so I cna invoice them for the difference., and if they refuse, cancel the shipment.

and if they refuse, cancel the shipment.
When you cancel do you lie about the reason?

No, I tell them straight up is because of the shipping cost bug, which would make it a shipping address problem.
