Turbo Lister picture upload disaster

Listed a whole bunch of stuff during listing specials using TL. All were listed previously. For some reason. some listings uploaded with mo pictures, some with the first picture, some with the second picture and some with both pictures.

What is the problem with TL since Ebay owns them or does Ebay no longer care about TL functionality or lack of.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am getting tired of editing due to Ebay problems.

What store level do you have? If Premium, then you get eBay Selling Manager Pro free. Use SMP as a listing tool. Much more reliable than Turbo Lister.

Thank you but I have multiple stores and do not want to upgrade them. I just want TL to work as it is supposed to and if it does not, then someone to tell me why and fix it.

You may be facing the same problem I am. Pictures do not meet Ebay's current specs. Have a look at their size and adjust EACH one.

Very time consuming on our parts.

They are all over the minimum size. Some are 1800 x 900

It isn't just the pixel dimensions /size, it is also the compression of the image. I learned that one the hard way. Now I do not compress my images when cropping & saving them.
