Lots of information, but nearly impossible to contact ebay, seems only by phone now, but lately you can never connect due some **bleep** technical difficulty.

Every time this sight is improved, it benefits us, less and less, the people who generated billions for you, the rulers of ebay. **bleep**, leave things alone and make it stupid simple to contact you when we get **bleep**ed over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
