Hi @msmaggie060 - still haven't heard back on this one. I've had it confirmed that masks should not be being blocked from view based on country-of-origin, but it seems like that's not what's happening. That means I have to approach it as a potential technical issue, and that takes time.
Thank you for being patient! In the meantime (I know it's extra work) but are there a few masks you could list on eBay.ca to cast yourself a wider net? I know there's the one already, but if they're selling well it may be worth it while we wait for tech's review.

Hi @esclyons - this is confusing to me, because pre-approved bidders/buyers isn't something that's an available service any longer. I'm not certain why you'd see that. Can you get me an item number so I can look into it further?

Hi @esclyons - definitely see how that would be a time sink for you! Using the 'Comments' link in the upper right hand corner of the Seller Hub summary page will let you email the Seller Hub team directly to request such a feature. They take feedback from sellers very seriously, and while it may not be on the road map for this year, I know that these types of suggestions help them make improvements. Thanks!

I came to post the same thing. Discovered it, not in response to an offer, but because I wanted to look at my sales history on a listing. For every listing I've viewed, clicking "X sold" takes me to the above link. Must be a glitch.
Thanks for chiming in @nostalgicaftertaste - this helps to know it's happening on other pages too. I think it may be a tech issue but will need to do some digging.
