Hi Everyone!

I see that they have changed the feed back so the neutrals do not count any more. But do the negatives not count any more. I was just on some one's site, found some things I wanted and checked their feed back. They have 100% feed back with 9 negatives so far this month.Are they starting everyone over?

This is one of that person's items 230282959244. I thought maybe the negs were all from the same buyer but they aren't.

Hmm... interesting. Different charts show different numbers. (Total number of feedback and feedback from individuals over a one-week period.) Guess that shows how 100% instead of 99.9% (99.88%). The negatives were from just one buyer who bought several items within one week (but left feedback during 2 different weeks).

That's what I get when I only look at part of the information. I did check how it was calculated, but thought for some reason it wasn't caculated correctly. And if I had looked closer than just scanning when the negs were issued I would have seen they were all from the same buyer.

Hi Colleen:

Buyer in question is a psycho - dealt with her myself once.

Make sure you BBL her - and fast, lest she knocks on your door.

Check her feedback left for others, she gets a real joy out of bombing people and likes to drag her negs out weeks at a time and 1 star you across the board.

I wonder why she's never been slapped for feedback abuse....even some of her positives have remarks like "things went wrong but seller fixed them" type of things.

Other sources have said she likes to use the ol' I'm not entirely happy what are you going to do about it routine much more now that sellers can't neg back.

No matter how you slice it she just has too many "bad experiences".

I am the guardian of my children and their future. It is for this reason that I scrapbook.

Seems to me that Anne is BBL candidate for all scrapbook sellers. Between March and now is hard to find greens among the reds.

ok great so is it finally possible to remove a negative feedback , I am pretty sure I cna get the one who left me the only neg I have to have it removed , I just dont wanna get into this if its not yet possible can anyone shed som light on this ?

Thanks Heather for the heads up. I went to my blocked buyers list and the other buyers I had blocked are gone. I never thought to keep a copy of the names in word or notepad. I'm hoping it is only because of the maintenance that is going on. Thankfully I don't have a long list. And another lesson learned to keep a back up.
