Anyone in Canada printing USPS labels?

Are there any Canadian sellers on here that ship via USPS and print USPS labels on eBay? Are you getting this error?

"We had problem getting PayPal payment authorization. Please log into PayPal and update the funding source."

I've called Ebay and Paypal and they say it's a known issue that they are working on, but it's blocked me from printing labels all week!

I ship USPS, but I print from stamps.com.  Never tried to print from ebay/paypal.

No issue here. We just sign into dot com with our Canadian account and click print shipping label. You have to have a USA ship from address or you cannot continue any further.

3 examples for the same 112g/4oz package:

$8.23 CDN small packet air to NC + $1.60 US for insurepost 3rd party insurance (does not guard against INR claims)

$14.50 CDN tracked packet to NC with Canada post.

$2.60 US for TRACKED first class to NC with USPS. (not insured but the tracking is what keeps bad buyers from claiming INR)
