Frankly, to be able to give you some advise, we would need a bit more information such as a few original listing numbers (dates) and relisted numbers (dates)

Hi Pierre
The original listing for this item was 330893274304 $89.95 and the relist 330909860035 $1.99
the other 330893271226 $249.95 relist for 330909861821 $10.95.
they end on March 18th and automatic relisted the same day.

"automatic relist items"
Generally, when sellers use the term "automatic relist" for fixed price listings they mean GTC (Good Till Cancelled) listings which are automatically relisted by eBay every 30 days until sold or cancelled.
In this case, the original listing ended without a sale on April 18. It was not a GTC listing or, if it was, it was ended by the seller and relisted.
The unsold item was relisted at a fixed price of $1.99.
Obviously there is an error in that listing price.
The question is: how was the unsold listing relisted since it was not GTC ?
The seller should go to his seller invoice and find the exact time when the listing was listed. Was it done manually individually or in bulk with many others at the same time?

The listings 330893274304 and 330909860035 are using Auctiva listing templates so I assume the seller is using Auctiva 3rd party listing services. These services include relisting item automatically using Auctiva and not using eBay GTC or eBay automation tools for relisting like Selling Manager or Selling Manager Pro.
I think the seller has an issue with Auctiva and not eBay.

The second pair of listings numbers has an error in the listing number 330893271226 since it does not match the item second number 330909861821.
The second number also is an Auctiva template so again maybe Auctiva is at fault?

I logged into the Auctiva forums on my free Auctiva account. I checked for similar issues in thier forums and saw no recent posts there on this type of issue.
