What a pain in the a _ _ how to re-request a previously refunded amount??

Here's the Scenario:

-Russian buyer

-relatively new buyer

-gets ansi when it's been over 30 whatever days

-very polite but puts in a case

-I refund and asked them to let me know when it does arrive so they can pay again

-they got it yesterday and asked to pay again, sent me an ebay message. (I wish all ebay buyers were like this !!)

I sent the invoice via PAYPAL AOK but I couldn't hardly say anything in the ebay message back to him because it kept saying "they noticed" that I appeared to be asking someone to conduct a transaction outside ebay!!!

I had said:

"Hi! Excellent news! I have sent a PAYPAL invoice so you can pay again. Thank you for your honesty and have a great weekend"

and got the message. Tried:

Hi! Excellent news! I have sent a PAYPAL invoice. Thank you for your honesty and have a great weekend"

(may have tried a couple other similar things, can't remember)

still got the message. Finally tried:

Hi! Excellent news! Please check your PAYPAL account. Thank you for your honesty and have a great weekend"

Finally accepted that.

I can maybe understand the first one, but the 2nd one should have been fine.

Anyway it looks like big brother has begun really watching what is in the messages we send....

Invoice went through, so ebay message may not really be necessary.

It appears Ebay is watching for combination "PayPal invoice". For someone whose earnings are through the roof, they are really watching for all the pennies in the cracks. Corporate greed causing needless policing will kill Ebay eventually. Next time email directly.

Btw. I find Russians are one of the most honest ebay buyers, In 5 years only two people out of many have returned refunded payment and both were Russians.

THX for the suggestion, I realized after I posted this that I had his real email address in the PAYPAL payment, so I sent the original "banned" message via regular email to him, with a Russian translation. I did have the same English message in the PAYPAL invoice but I didn't translate it into Russian in the invoice as I planned to do it in the ebay message response, which is where the problems started.

I agree I have had mostly positive experiences with Russian buyers, outside the fact that it takes usually up to 2 months for the items to finally arrive.....frustrating to us all...

My "most honest" are Russians and Brazilians in this kind of situation.
