Refunded buyer as per urgent eBay request. Which I did. Now I'm out 30 cents for the PayPal Off the top fee. What bothers me is the fact if you multiply this by the number of times this occurs per day that makes it a big pay day for PayPal and Big Brother eBay which I'm sure takes its share.

Whenever I have refunded a customer, my PP fee has also been refunded.

You must be lucky Femme, because that $0.30 fee is never refunded by PayPal.

Suggestion: Cover that possibility by adding a restocking fee policy. Both the website and Turbo Lister have this option.
