Buyer says there is a problem with Buy-it-now option?

He clicked the buy-it-now option and it didn't work, it said there is a problem with shipping. I listed the shipping costs at $30 dollars, and I hope this works. But is this right?

When I tried to get the shipping on one of your items, I got the following message even though the Postal Code/Zip Code (I'm in the US) is correct

"Shipping cost cannot be calculated. Please enter a valid Postal Code."

Is the potential buyer in the US? Perhaps calculated shipping doesn't work for buyers outside of Canada.

You need to add shipping to USA, some of your listing missing this option.

Thank you for your response. I think you may be right that the calculator doesn't work outside of Canada. However, the solution was to list the shipping price as a flat rate.
