So I purchase item: 320195870050 after much deliberation and confirming shipping to Canada is 'ONLY' $15. I need the battery enough to make me buy on ebay, something I don't usually do due to almost every purchase experience being a bad one. The guy sends me an invoice for $28 for shipping...it's an $8 battery! Sent him an email asking for him to kindly rectify his 'honest' mistake and directing him to his own ad that says "$15 to Canada", but if he dosen't, how to handle? I'm thinking pay/ receive/ item not as described/ I return with tracking/ negative feedback. (then at least I get my money back for extortionate shipping cost)...what d'ya think?
Paul.

Listing shows $15 for First Class, if you can't revise the shipping amount when making payment and/or the seller doesn't send a revised invoice then tell them to take a hike!
While they are out hiking report them under the eBay Non-Performing Seller policy.
