Can an independent writer sell e-books on ebay?

I have been writing kids stories for years now, and I am thinking to start making these available on ebay.

Hi debbbiew.. Yes you can but must list on ebay.com (US site)  in classified ad format, everything else .. information products category..

Are these printed books or e-books or for that matter audio books?

Do they have an ISBN number?

If they are in a mailable format (print or audio) you can sell them just like any other book.

The ISBN number makes them more visible, but I sell a lot of vintage (pre-ISBN) books and people still find them.

The most important thing would be an excellent title and Free Shipping.

Have you looked into Amazon? You will need an ISBN number for that site (unless someone else is already selling the titles.)
