Of course, it system errors after I enter all the credit card info. No doubt they will charge for something I can't print off again. They did this in December to me and when I called they were supposed to refund me. Called last week to ask where my cheque was. Their answer - they're backlogged with these problems and haven't gotten to it yet. 2 months now for a refund over their mistake. Getting to be as slow as their delivery.
Good luck getting a "credit" on those EST transactions. I've been waiting for one on a transaction from December. Apparently, they have one person working on them and the stack is 10 feet high.
Could it be your firewall? I just processed 3 items successfully, but my firewall does ask me if I want to allow Adobe to access the internet - I know if I accidentally said no, then the pdf would be blank.
No, it's always worked fine before. The pdf successfully downloads to my desktop as usual, but when acrobat opens it, only the lines are there but no information.
