Canada $ to United Kingdom

does anyone know what they use for money wise will it be pounds or reg dollars like Canada they go by $ sign thanks

The currency of the UK is pounds sterling (£ or "GBP") but it's not unusual to find sellers from the UK listing on .com and using American dollars as the auction currency.

When viewed on eBay.ca, the listing page should give the price of the item in whatever the listing currency is followed by an approximate conversion to Canadian dollars.

ok I will avoid making this type of purchases  Thanks I only deal with Canada and US $ I thought the you Kong uses the GPP.

Your choice, I guess.  I have no problem buying from listings where the currency is sterling.  PayPal converts the currency from Canadian dollars into the seller's currency at what I feel is a fair rate of exchange.
