I have 4 items bought by one customer and cannot combine them.
3 of them are showing "Send Information" link, but when clicked, it will take me to "Order Details". Cannot do anything there.
One of the items has hour glass, which has tip "This item is pending payment through PayPal". But I have absolutely no record on PayPal from this buyer, it's not e-echeck. This item does not show "Send Information" but "Sell Similar" instead.
When trying to combine with 3rd party tool, it gives me error "Some transactions have already been completed, you can only combine incomplete transactions".
Never seen anything like this before.
