When I click on "Buy It Now" - on some products - it takes me to a page that says "Commit To Buy", "By clicking Commit to buy, you are agreeing to and entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller."
Why is it not adding the item to the cart and if I change my mind I can remove it from the cart? Why is it asking me to "Commit To Buy" ?
I usually add items to the cart and then either purchase them ALL or remove some depening on how much I plan to spend so this is kinda confusing me 😞
Thanks!

I've never noticed before, but on the .com site there its the option of adding the item to the cart or commit to buy.
The cart option does not appear on the .ca site.
If you want to use the cart option go to .com.

Some items require immediate payment (seller choice).. Some items are under new program where an item remains available for sale until buyer actually pays and a buyer's intention to purchase can be trumped by another buyer that is able to pay first.

"The cart option does not appear on the .ca site."
That is correct. The eBay shopping cart is not available when shopping on eBay.ca.
