I used to get nearly all the free promos, but have not received any in the last 5 or 6. 

I am the complete opposite, I used to never get any of the promos but now have gotten the last 5 or 6.  The promos have helped me out tremendously as I try to list to the max of each promotion.  It takes some work to list 1000's of items only to get a few sales here and there.  But those few sales add up.  I would never pay to list that many goods.  Its sort of a shotgun approach with a few buckshots hitting the target.

A question for the ones stop getting promotions:

Did you actively list a lot more offers during this kinds of no-fee listing holidays right before you stop getting the "selected" promotion invitation?

In April, I received 17-days free auction listing days, they boosted my exposure and sales after invested lots of time daily.

It also boosted eBay FVF fees I paid. 

It's odd to be excluded in May invites afterwards.....

Didn't get this promo, but it doesn't matter since I'm going away on a vacation anyway~

You'd think eBay should give out more of this free promos to sellers who don't list unless there's a free promo. There are sellers like me who somehow manage to get top-rated-seller by utilizing free listings *only* (though I might lose the TRS soon because I stopped selling for my vacation.)

Sellers who refuse to list their "stuff" because listing fees may cost them $0.05 to $0.30 demonstrate little confidence in their ability to sell the "stuff" for the price they want.

When your items are either already very cheap, or has a very specific niche, then spending 50 cents to relist them every month would not be practical.
