HOW WOULD I GET IN CONTACT WITH A SELLER ABOUT ONE OF HIS ITEMS IF YOU CAN NOT EMAIL HIM?

I SEE A ITEM ON EBAY THAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT BUT YOU CAN NOT ASK A QUESTION?  AND I CAN NOT FIND IT IN THE DESCRIPTION.

There's no need to SHOUT. 🙂  When you say you cannot contact the seller but you have a question about the listing, - I'll assume you have tried the Ask a question link on the right side of the listing under Other item info, and received a dialogue box that won't let you continue.

What about where it says Ships to: - does it say 'United States', but no others?  Many American (and other) sellers do not ship to Canada, and if the seller is not interested in doing so, he may have blocked contact from anyone who lives in a country not on his "ships to" list.  ...  Meaning there is nothing you can do but find a seller who is eager to get hold of your Canadian dollars.

If it is something else, perhaps you can expand on it a bit?

If a seller whose listings are not offered to Canada , i would pass.

If a seller who does ship to Canada but feels their listings are complete and no communication is necessary , i would also pass..

I would have no interest in buying from a seller who blocked questions from potential customers. Unless you have recently purchased items from a seler,you have no wy to request the seller's email address. I think it would be best if you took a pass on this seller and looked instead for a seller who was willing to communicate with his potential buyers.
