Have you received your rebate(s) yesterday (Feb 1)?

PowerSellers with a billing cycle ending on the last day of the month should have received their PowerSeller and/or TRS rebate(s) yesterday.

Have you received yours?

I have not seen mine yet. 😞

Same here - NOTHING.

I wonder if the problem is related to TRS rebate (not PS rebate).

Still nothing yet for me either, everything still shows Dec as last invoice. Very strange indeed!

At first sight, it appears the PowerSeller discount has been given as usual. The 20% TRS is AWOL. 😞

Mine is still now showing in my account.

When asked this morning on his almost weekly Canada Town Square appearance, Rodney answered:

"According to our billing dept, you did get the discount. It sounds like it has not posted yet in your view account status page but should still show on your invoice.

Although we try to show it as early as possible, we can't always guarantee that the Top-rated discount will show in the account status page before the invoice is generated because it can be as long as 5 days after the billing cycle ends before it shows up.

I hope that helps. (Honestly, billing questions always scare me the most)."

The amount due on my account has drop during the night. The detailed invoice is still now available. At least now it says: in process...
