When asked this morning on his almost weekly Canada Town Square appearance, Rodney answered:
"According to our billing dept, you did get the discount. It sounds like it has not posted yet in your view account status page but should still show on your invoice.
Although we try to show it as early as possible, we can't always guarantee that the Top-rated discount will show in the account status page before the invoice is generated because it can be as long as 5 days after the billing cycle ends before it shows up.
I hope that helps. (Honestly, billing questions always scare me the most)."
