I'm having a bit of a hard time understanding how to set up a multiple variation listing.
I want to try it with the Magic: The Gathering cards. I must use Toys & Hobbies > Wholesale > Other to even use this feature.
How might I create a listing for, say, 10 MTG cards? All cards are Rare, and in Light Play condition if that helps.
And for simplicity, all cards are from the same series, or set.
Differences (step 1): Name would vary. That's about it. So I would add 'Detail' and type Name? Do I need a detail value? And would I create another difference for the colors of the cards? (MTG has 5 distinct colors of cards).

Hi th3_3b4y_g3n1u5,
Variation style listings are only available for certain categories on the eBay site. For more information on supported categories and details regarding Variations, please visit the following link:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/listing-variations.html
This will provide you with the current categories that allow Variation style listings.

That I understand, and I am fine using Wholesale if I must.
Is there not a tutorial for how to use multiple variation? Obviously you don't know how to do it yourself, or you would have helped me out.
It's a great feature and all, they just don't tell you HOW to use it. Here's what you can do though! But we won't tell you how to do it.

Have you checked the link that the ebay mod gave you? There are some step by step instructions there.

I have yes, and it makes sense for their example that they used. I just want to better understand it and make sure that I understand it correctly for the items that I want to list.
Basically, I just want to know if I'm doing it correctly.

Did you try in the eBay.com Turbo Lister forum? More posters there who might know.
