Hey EVERY paypal notification now says "Seller Protection Not Eligible"

This started may 27th. Probably a(nother) PAYPAL bug because some are from regular buyers who were eligible last time. Anyone else seeing this too, or did I miss some anouncement that makes me ineligible now?

Tis a bug, I went to PAYPAL proper and it says eligible in there, so it is just the email notifications that are wrong.....

The question was discussed a few days ago on the "Selling on eBay" board and a staff member confirmed there is a bug and PayPal is working to fix it.

Yeah that began showing up as of recently.

However, with us it's a non-issue as we always ship regardless of eligibility. 99%+ or our shipments are with Light and Small Packets to which PP protection does not apply anyhow.

Canada Post is our biggest friend here with their $100 insurance 🙂

Same here, if I shipped based per PayPal protection, it would be within Canada only, 30% of total sales.
