Michael, I agree with Xena, just inform your customer that it takes longer than normal to get to South America. I had a parcel go to PERU and you would have thought that I sent it to ITALY, I just kept in touch with the customer every week and eventually it turned up, the customer left positive feedback, because I kept in touch with them. I do the same thing with Italy, I let them know that their postal system is really really slow, and that their item will get there and is ALWAYS DOES. ITALY is one of my best customers and I would not deny them from buying anything. I just tell them everything takes time and I DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BY SURFACE, especially if they want to receive the item this YEAR 🙂
