How can I change a negative feedback to a positive feedback. The seller has now corrected the issue.

To be very candid, you need to show more patience before giving a seller negative feedback.

You had one purchase in the twelve month and you gave that one seller (feedback rating over 100,000) negative feedback before the problem was corrected.  According to the seller you had ordered the wrong item.

In any case, feedback cannot be revised by the buyer.  The request to change feedback must be initiated by the seller.

Hello, thank you for your feedback The negative feedback was given only after many contacts with thye named seller. I had purchased an item from the seller with a specific model number. Once recieved it was not the item that corresponded to the model number or the picture that showed the original item. I contacted the seller and asked him to correct the situation. He refused. Only then did I notify E-bay resolution center. The seller then contacted me by e-mail and told me he was going to reimburse me if I sent him back the item. I did so the next day at a cost of $4.00 for the return shipping. No problem until the seller recieved the item and notified me by e-mail that he had recieved the item and would only re-imburse me .06 cents. That to me was a complete about face after I spent the 44 to send back the item.All this was going on during  a 2 week period and many e-mails back and forth.I was **bleep** off because if you tell someone send back the item and I will re-imburse you by e-mail, honor your own request.

Hello just a quick response to my above post. The response did not come out exactly as I entered it. The bleep word was not a bad word or swear word and I never enteres the 44 for return postage. I do not know how they got entered into my post.

You seem to have used a banned word for these forums "p...d" off. It is considered to be vulgar language by the forum moderators and is automatically bleeped.

As for 44, you did enter it by mistake. You forgot the shift key on the first 4 which would be a dollar sign $ making the 44 be $4.
