How do I cancel an invoice?

A customer is objecting to paying high shipping fees to Canada.

We have agreed on a lower shipping service. How do I cancel the first invoice so I can send a second invoice reflecting the lower shipping service?

Hi ..no need to cancel , just send a revised..

They should not have objected after winning since shipping to Canada was show before they bid.
