I was recently selling an expensive item on eBay. The potential buyer asked many questions and confirmed their willingness to pay. The person suggested that we use an escrow company to protect both of us. I said I was not familiar with escrow companies but would use an eBay certified company, like escrow.com. The listing ended without a confirmation of sale. The buyer is still emailing me about using escrow as if the listing is still active. What do I do?
