How do I make a payment, and clear my record?

I had an unpaid item case which was opened but was to end today, October 20th. I went to pay for it, but the case was already closed. How do I make a payment and clear my record? Mike

You can't.

Buyers are given four days (96 hours) to pay after the Dispute is opened. And the Dispute can't be opened for between 48 hours (US sellers) and 96 hours (other sellers).

So you had between six and eight days to pay up.
