How do I return an item after I won a bid .But have not paid for it yet ??

I can't pay for it how do I let the seller return in to the shelf 

please advise ??

You contact the seller and ask them nicely if they will cancel

the item.

They are not obligated to cancel

and if you don't pay for it

you will probably get an Unpaid Item Strike and after you get

2 of them you will have a hard time buying anything on ebay

as most sellers have an automatic block on buyers with 2 strikes.

Some sellers are nice about but if your seller has been burned before by non payers, they may not let you off the hook. It is best to pay for the item to avoid a non payment strike. Too many of those and you will find it hard to bid or buy future items.
