Send your buyer a polite note on Day Three asking if there is a problem. Sometimes a buyer did not notice the purchase, sometimes they forgot, sometimes they have to set up the Paypal account, sometimes they are waiting to complete another purchase from you.
And sometimes they just wandered off never to be heard from again.
If the last, on Day Four (96 hours) open the Unpaid Item Dispute. Get your fees back. And tell the cat your real opinion of such deadbeats.
