How long should I wait for a seller to respond before taking action?

Hi guys,

So recently I purchased some audio equipment where the seller usually ships within 1 day. Problem is, I bought it on the 4th of December 2012, still no shipment notification. Messaged the seller twice, no response. What should I do?

Hi myah..  Italy ? new seller and price seems low.

Benefit of the doubt..may not know the ropes on marking items as shipped if not printing labels through ebay.  Should be responding though as only sold 10 with no other active.

Will you receive or not is anybody's guess and how long to wait.

Keep an eye on their feedback.

PP allows 45 days to open a dispute/claim . Do that in the resolution center of your PP account. I would not wait forever with no communication. A claim can be closed if the items arrive.

Think i would hang in there for a while longer.
