How to get Sellers from China to Identify their goods with item number or in English

I buy alot of beads on Ebay from China and I am having a hard time keeping track of what I do and dont receive.  I have asked when paying specifically to identify the item with either the item number or member name in English and maybe 10% of the Sellers comply...no feedback if I can not tell what and where it comes from.

Print out the listing when you order it.

Keep the printout until you have received your order.

Compare the pictures and the name of the shipper.

Note on each printout Day 30 from purchase, in case something does not arrive and you have to file an Item Not Received dispute.

Have you thought about the fact that the seller is in China that they do not speak English? Many use online translators to list their items in English but may not understand your request so they just ignore it.

Actually I do all of the above - very detailed records and still have a problem
