I can't open a dispute because it's been over 45 days.

I bought an Item and still haven't gotten it in the mail it said the estimated deliver date was oct 4, 2013 as it is over that and over the 45 days I can not open a dispute what can I do??

First I suggest you contact the seller, tell him the item has not arrived yet and ask him to suggest a solution to the problem.

 

Many sellers will work with you.

 

If the seller refuses to cooperate, come back here and we will go to plan B.

 

By the way, how much was the purchase and how did you pay for it? (Paypal funds, credit card through PayPal, bank account through PayPal)?

Sorry I don't mean to hijack the thread but I'm in the same situation. I did try contacting my seller but no reply and now it appears the seller has blocked me. I can't send them a new message; I can only reply to the existing message.

Looking at his recent feedback the guy definitely did some bad deals lately. I'd like to at least leave negative feedback if I can't get my money back. It was only $7 item at the end of the day.

Leaving negative feedback is the last step.

 

First, you should file a claim at the Resolution Centre to get your money refunded;
