I recently went to purchase something but when I went to buy it there was a security certificate error and I ended up going back to the page twice. One the third attempt it went through, but now it says I bought the item 3 times instead of once. I contacted the seller and have yet to hear back and paid for the one item I intended to buy as well. Is there any way to cancel the remaining two copys since it was due to a site error?

The cancellation for those two items must come from the seller.

I'm sorry. Just uncertain of what to do in this situation. I've recieved feedback for the item that I did send payment on, but no response to the message I sent about the prpblem I had. How long should I wait for a reply or the cancellation?
