I had a hockey card that the bidding had made the reserve price but the buyer cancelled or was pulled. How can I find out why?

I had a hockey card that a buyer had successfully met the reserve price. The following day his bids were gone and the card was back in reserve not met statis.

If it is this item number ( 280909222685 ) you are referring to then you have a "Bid Retraction".

Go to the item and click on "Bids" and it will show a bid retraction and reason why...( Enter Wrong Amount)

WOW...17 bid retractions in 6 months.... looks like they are abusing the system and should be reported.

At the very least he should be blocked. 🙂  This person seems so indecisive if he were allowed continued access to your items he could mess up your auctions without a scintilla of regret.  Everyone makes mistakes, but with that many retractions, I'd say you might like to add him to your list of blocked bidders:

I think his sole purpose in bidding was to discover your reserve price.

Report the bidder for making an invalid bid retraction. He never entered the correct amount after he retracted his bid,making the retraction invalid.
