Todd, I don't think anyone suggested that pinks don't listen.

Quite to the contrary there are times when I think they know my thoughts before I type them.

The real issue is their lack of response to concerns that appear on the boards. They are happy to drop in with comments for clarification purposes but, my perception (= my reality) is that they are basically enforcers and reporters. It does not appear that fundamental changes ever happen as a result of discussions with pinks - it's just not their function.

Of course, I would love to be corrected.

It's been quite a while since I've seen a Pink post in CTS or here. I think Randall posted some info for Paypal but that is about it. Ever since Moira moved on to a different job, there seems to be a lack of Pink involvment in the boards.
