I have been trying to purchase from Canada but shipped to a U.S. address

Once I authorize payment with my Paypal account I get an error saying that no cost amount was entered (although the amount was there at moment of confirming payment). The next screen shows amount due $0.00. Asked seller for help and no reply. Payment didn't go through at Paypal. It's been impossible to talk to a real person at Paypal, only robot with non related options. User agreement not clear with regards to this situation. I really want to continue buying at eBay.  Please help.

Re: I have been trying to purchase from Canada but shippe...

It is possible that your seller does not accept international Paypal payments, which cost him about 1% more* than those from US based PP accounts.

Use Contact Seller on the listing to ask him about this.

If he doesn't respond, stop trying and move on.

He doesn't want your money.

Re: I have been trying to purchase from Canada but shippe...

I contacted the seller for a second time. He replied blaming Ebay disconnecting the transaction before Paypal advising payment. I decided then to try another seller and the transaction was made quickly with no problems. The seller's name is "overstock" and he should not be allowed doing this. If he doesn't want to ship to Canada he should not put that option in his shipping info. Thanks for your reply 🙂
