Yes, as soon as the person pays for the item, you mail it. Confirm the payment is in your paypal account before shipping.

Please note that as a new seller, Paypal will Hold your customer's payments for 21 days against your good performance.

However, you can print a PP shipping label (and depending on the service you use, get a 5% to 18% discount from PO counter prices) from the Held funds.

Ship as soon as you can print that shipping label.

And leaving feedback immediately encourages your buyer to do the same.

When I have a PP shipping label, I include the label number in the feedback. I believe it soothes the nervous customer.
