I upload my items from Turbo Lister and I put in the options for shipping for Canada, US and Worldwide, but sometimes the US and Worldwide don't show the rate. When I go to the item and go to the shipping tab and put United States, the Postal Code box doesn't change to Zip Code and won't accept it in the box. When I try International, I get a message saying I do ship there but they have to contact me for the rate. Does anyone know why this is?

Hi! I've been having the same problem. I've had a number of auctions that ended on Sat. Jan 16th and if the buyer was from the US I wasn't able to send an invoice to them and they said the shipping was never calculated for them and wasn't on the listing for Ebay.com. I had no shipping cost on my invoices for them. And International buyers were writing and asking for shipping costs so there was no shipping shown for them either. I didn't use Turbo lister but it sounds like this isn't working for some of us sellers. When I would send the invoice a critical error notification would come up and say "unable to send information, Contact buyer to verify their e-mail address on file". Well I was able to contact them through Ebay and got replies from them. I was on the phone with Ebay.ca for hours between yesterday and today and when they tried to send the invoices it didn't work either and they got the same critical error message. They couldn't figure the problem out. On the selling form I did everything right in the section for shipping and only Canadian shipping showed up on the listings. I did the same as you, clicked on "details" under the shipping cost and entered United States and a zip code in the postal code box and got the red message saying it was invalid or something like that. So something is blocking it and I've tried everything and am super-frustrated. So my answer for you is I don't have an answer and Ebay.ca doesn't have an answer. But I noticed that you just posted this today so there a bug in EBay's software at the moment. If I find out anything useful I'll let you know and I'd appreciate the same. Good luck

Hi - i'll watch this feed also for answers. I know that I am missing sales because people do not want to wait for a reply to find out what the shipping is - they will just move on. I create listings mainly with the "Sell your Item" form - every box is filled out correct as other listings that are calculating properly then a few will not calcualte for USA or International !! My health hasn't been festive these last months , so haven't had time to phone my list of glitches into Ebay - wish we could wait for an email reply and not have to wait on a phone call.......and now I am laid up with a broken knee.
FYI - Watch when you REVISE something - Even if I just go in to tweek the description.... The shipping Policy CHANGES to my DEFAULT Policy - which is for Letterpost - ie the cheapest shipping !! I didn't notice this at first and had to send some parcels out for pennies basically. So There are things that I'd like to quickly change - but I have to know what the weight and size of the item is before I revise it--so I can re-set the shipping policy every time - too much work. Hopefully they will fix the first glitch and get the calculator working properly and every time - Thanks Melanie
