I haven't received my item I bought in Oct. Seller will not answer my emails.

When I try to get Ebay to step in my transaction does not show up on my account. It says I don't have any purchases. There is no phone number for customer service, don't know where to go from here. All I have are emails from my purchase.

Hi, you only have 30 days after the last estimated arrival date  to file an item not received claim through ebay. If it has been longer than 30 days since the item was supposed to arrive you will have to file an item not received claim through PayPal (if you paid that way). You have 180 days from actual payment date to file an item not received claim through PayPal.
