Hi everyone,
We announced changes to Picture Requirements last spring. Though we didn't explicitly call out the fact that this was being enforced on eBay.ca, we were hoping that Sellers would adopt early enough for when it does apply to the Canadian site. As of January 22, 2014, we were able to align with eBay.com and these requirements are now in place.
Please make sure you have a read through the requirements to make sure all your photos are in compliance.
Thanks,

Here's a work-around. Upload the photos using you PC, then save the listing.
Get on your iPhone ebay app, access the draft you created with your PC, then continue listing the item.
Worked for me.
