What to do if you don't receive an item or it doesn't match the seller's description

Christmas card? When did this happen?

You only have 45 days from purchase to open an Item Not Recieved Dispute.

If you have passed that date, eBay and Paypal will not help. You will have to go to your credit card, the one PP used to process your payment. There is a 1-800 number. Call and ask about a chargeback.

I don't think that a seller with almost 2,000 transactions

and 100% feedback would try and rip you off for

10 cents.

maybe not, but when you get a blank pease of paper , what are you to think, and in saying that he sent another, so the problem has been solved, you don't look at the transactions that some one got or has done its the matter at hand, but its all good know and I thank the seller for sending it to me .

Yes, you need to contact the seller but no matter what it was not a mistake - it was to provide a tracking number - I myself have a very large collection of  "bunnies on a string" so yes contact the seller but report the seller now and dispute in paypal.

just my opinion

just wanted to add that there are sellers out there who do sell 1000 items and it is not a mistake that you received an item and just not what you paid for - REPORT

The item in question sold for ten cents and the shipping rate is "economy shipping" for $1.79.  This item was sent as a letter, so no tracking.

The buyer has almost until the end of April to take this sale up with the Resolution Centre if necessary.  I don't think there's any need to panic over $1.89.
