Contact your seller. Perhaps it was a simple mix-up and the item was meant for another buyer in which case your seller will be happy to have it back. Does it match the picture? I'm assuming not and the title and/or Item Specifics said CN.
As this is an Item Not As Described case, your seller is obligated to pay return shipping (with tracking) and either refund your money which includes your original postage paid as well OR send you the right item.
But talking to your seller is the first step. Be friendly but firm. You have 60 days to leave feedback and wait until the matter is resolved before you do.
As a word of caution, if by some chance your seller on this is from outside Canada, DO NOT accept an offer of replacement. You will run out of time. Instead, open a case in the Resoution Centre if that happens. You have 30 days to do it.
