I purchased an item from Germany, and I get a response in German. Help

I purchased an item from Germany and the shipping costs have to be invoiced to me.

When I open up sellers email to see what is owing, it is in German and I am lost.  Is there a way on ebay to change the language settings?

Google has a good free translator here:

Just cut and paste the German message into the translator. If you have an iPad,there is an app for Google Translate in the app store.

You can do the same in reverse when sending a message to the seller.
