I was high bidder on an item which mysteriously disappeared from my E-bay list without any explanation. I was not outbid. What happened???

New member here. I was bidding on an architecural pediment. It was pine, vintage, hand-painted and from UK. I was high bidder and time was running out. Now it is suddenly gone - disappeared. No explanation. I was not outbid. Nothing. I cannot even find a picture of it. Any idea what happened? Please advise.

Hi 12lizrob.. did you have the listing in your myebay watch. the most likely explanation is that Ebay removed  for a policy violation or suspended seller with all listings being removed. Happens.

If it no longer appears in your bidding list and a search by item number can't find it then it has been removed by eBay. Any bids you had on the item are void and you will have to move on.
