You had been given the wrong price?  You mean a lower one. 🙂  Did you get your price quote from here:

And did you use metric measures?

Your options now, . . .  well if you are one of those intrepid souls with more brute raw courage than just about anything else you can always whine to the buyer that the shipping costs more than you originally stated.  At that point you can anticipate a colourful reply, a negative, and being reported for violating ebay policy.  Not much of an option in my opinion.

So your real options are to refund the buyer completely and apologize, - and almost certainly get a well-deserved negative.  Or more realistically you ship the item promptly anyway and absorb the loss yourself, - and learn from the mistake. 

You must ship or refund, - and if you have any sense you will cheerfully send the item and not mention your gaff to your buyer.  And hopefully you will get a green circle and 5 stars all the way.
